Chris Stanton, M.A.

a long-time professional collaborator, strategic advisor, clarifier, coach, provocateur of sustainable change and respected business leader who champions the philosophy that the best leaders are the discoverers and developers of other peoples' human potential. He designs and delivers systemic solutions to organizational change initiatives and is passionate about helping people solve complex problems, discover new capacities, and lead lives of personal and professional integrity. As founder of one of the S.F. Bay Area's most successful construction companies and with 25+ years of CEO experience, Chris is well versed in all aspects of growing, running, and selling a highly profitable business. He has an M.A. degree in Consciousness Studies and speaks nationally about leadership, developing talent, succession, and turning obstacles into opportunities. Chris holds the following certifications in diagnostic assessments: CPBA, CPVA, CAIA, and is a certified Values Technologies™ provider.


Jim Kelley, M.S.

a long-time professional collaborator, individual- team-systems coach, and accomplished facilitator with a proven track record of helping leaders and their teams clarify their purpose, ignite their people, and accelerate their success. Jim has over 25 years of experience in organizational design, group process, cultural transformation, leadership development and interpersonal communications training. The former president of The Leadership Network and Startec Associates, Jim was also a senior trainer/consultant who conducted many workshops and trainings for open audiences, the military, and numerous Fortune 500 companies. He holds an M.S. degree in administration and is a certified hypnotherapist specializing in stress management. A retired Air Force officer with military intelligence, programming, budgeting, procurement and command experience, Jim has taught at the university and graduate school levels. He holds the following certifications in diagnostic assessments: CPBA, CPVA, CAIA, and is a certified Values Technologies™ provider.


Chris and Jim offer over fifty years of consultative and executive leadership experience, a powerfully unique blend of wisdom, care and creativity, and a shared passion for catalyzing the kind of deep change that enables companies and individuals to shift to higher levels of capacity to build sustainable and profitable futures. Dr. Ron Cruickshank, Ph.D.

is a published behavioral scientist who prior to joining KSG was the CEO of Thorlo, Inc., the premier sports socks manufacturer. He has been partner and Brand Planning Leader at Howard, Merrill & Partners, a marketing research company; co-founder and CEO of Deeplight Inc., developing ultra high-speed wireless data services for internet users; founder and COO of Forest Systems, LLC, managing over $600 million in pension funds; co-director of Motorola’s Emerging Technologies Center; and CEO of the Record Bar, second largest music retail operation in the US. Additionally Ron has been an OD specialist, strategist and futurist to Fortune 500 companies; principal and partner of a highly successful OD consultancy; and developer/deliverer of highly successful leadership trainings across the country. Ron is deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations succeed through heart-focused leadership and intelligent solutions.


Jennifer Kelley, CPCC

is a graduate of UC Berkeley and a certified professional coach. With over twenty five years of experience in entrepreneurial, small business and corporate environments, Jennifer brings a wealth of skills, talent, and knowledge to her work. As a business coach, consultant and group facilitator she is dedicated to supporting her clients discover and live masterful lives with increased confidence, creativity and positive impact. She is passionately committed to her clients, partnering with them to envision and step into their full power, magnificence and self expression to create powerful bottom line results and sustainable change. Jennifer is a member of the International Coaches Federation and holds the following certifications in diagnostic assessments: CPBA, CPVA, CAIA.


Lori Fouts

is a business development consultant with more than 20 years of marketing, sales and start up expertise.  She has held leadership positions in a variety of fields, including human resources, staff development, catering, advertising, design and specialty food products.  Lori has worked in small and large corporate cultures as well as starting and managing her own businesses. As a coach and sales trainer, her work with clients focuses on building the clarity and confidence to perform more successfully in their professional and personal roles. Lori loves one-on-one and team coaching and exhibits a wonderful sensitivity towards her clients.  Her seamless facilitation, creativity, intuition and enthusiasm produce sustainable results. Lori holds the diagnostic assessment certifications of CPBA, CPVA, and CAIA.


Katherine Czesak, Ph.D.

is a Ph.D. in psychology and is trained in both organizational and clinical psychology. Her background includes working as an organizational consultant, serving as president of the San Francisco School of Psychology, and being on the core faculty at JFK University School of Management. Dr. Czesak's current focus is working with individuals on work stress problems, increasing productivity and work satisfaction though overcoming internalized subconscious barriers to success, and diagnosing and treating syndromes that compromise optimal functioning.


Brooks Cole

is a creative director and information architect with over 25 years experience in marketing communications design and over a decade of experience in interactive design. His particlar emphasis is on interactive marketing, social networks and emerging technologies. Brooks is the founder and CEO of HoloCosmos, an innovative knowledge navigation/ communications design firm whose past and current clients include: Time Warner, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Oracle, Disney/AT&T, General Electric, GE Commercial Finance, GE Real Estate Europe, CivicActions, ACLU.TV, New Progressive Coalition, Jerry Brown, Institute of Noetic Sciences, Open Network, and TrueDemocracy. Brooks holds a U.S. Patent on the "Visual Navigation of Information Objects" which translates into a new generation of mapping tools for organizational transformation, and he is the creative force behind the new KSG website, branding and marketing.


Susan Carlisle, M.A.

is an M.A. in clinical psychology and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and trainer of coaches for The Coaches Training Institute. Susan is an expert in using the Enneagram in business to facilitate growth and communication. She helps people create new dreams and find within themselves the resources to pursue those dreams. In so doing, they find the courage, curiosity and conviction of their hearts and minds to create a life of liberation and freedom, balance and fulfillment.


Marcie Jenner, Ph.D.

is an expert coach who holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis in systems theory and a psychology master's degree in community organization. She assists executives and business owners who are ready to make bold and decisive personal and professional change in order to attain their goals. Possessing a keen ability to rapidly identify core issues that impede success, Dr. Jenner utilizes cutting-edge technologies to catalyze an individual's ability to transform obstacles and create positive change.
